Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Investigation in Irving, TX. You will patrol financial institution sites, deter incidents, respond to alarms, and maintain a visible security presence while delivering strong customer service.

This full-time role requires two years of security experience, access control familiarity, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, and overnights. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or maintenance needs to site contacts and leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately per reporting requirements.
