Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking and perimeter areas.
• Monitor conditions affecting facility operations and report per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate to leadership.
