Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Digital Records in Hershey, PA. This full-time role involves patrolling assigned areas, supporting access control, and delivering excellent customer service while using computers or tablets for daily tasks.

The position emphasizes security procedures, incident response, and collaboration with site leadership. Expect a daytime schedule with consistent shifts at a food/beverage location.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is required.
• Proficiency with computer or tablet use for daily tasks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas, with working conditions varying throughout the location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and support orderly operations.
• Report potential hazards, damaged property, unusual activity, and policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
