Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Verification in CHESTER, PA. You will monitor assigned areas, perform patrols, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service. Join a team focused on safety, responsiveness, and a welcoming environment.

Position is full-time with daytime-evening shifts; the pay rate is $16.00 per hour. The role requires at least 1 year of security experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access to management.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly following post orders.
• Document patrols and incidents in daily activity reports and communicate information to supervision.
