Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Verification in Chester, PA. You will monitor areas, patrol regularly, and support access control while delivering outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests by following site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, exteriors, entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site policies; report unauthorized access or violations to supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and following post orders; contact emergency services when appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and activities in daily reports and communicate to supervision and site management.
