Job summary

Allied Universal®—a leading security and facility services company in the United States—is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Kutztown, PA. You will provide a visible security presence, deter incidents, monitor access points, and assist with badge procedures at a busy logistics location.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. You will follow site policies, perform patrols, document activities, and contribute to a safe, service-oriented environment through teamwork and

Qualifications

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and report accordingly.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized access per site requirements.
Complete activity and incident reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
