Job summary

Allied Universal in Jonestown, PA is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Credential Screening to monitor designated areas, perform routine patrols, and support access control at a logistics and distribution site.

You will provide customer service to employees and visitors, document observations on tablet systems, and uphold security procedures while remaining calm during incidents. This full-time role pays $20.00 per hour with benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, structured manner per reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
