Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a government transportation location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor and vehicle activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts and emergency services.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs; communicate during shift handoffs.
