Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document activity.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
