Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Site Survey in Mountain View, CA. You will patrol and protect the healthcare environment, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and documenting reports for site leadership. A Guard Card or license is preferred, with background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in line with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen is required as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors while following site security procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies and disturbances and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, entrances, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, offer directions, report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain activity logs for leadership and site contacts.
