Allied Universal in Mountain View, CA seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Service to safeguard clients across healthcare and other facilities. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare foundation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and document incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with healthcare personnel, emergency responders, and management regarding security-related incidents, hazards, and/or operational concerns.
