Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Nashville, TN. You will patrol cultural institution locations, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background check will be conducted as per federal/state/local laws.
A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests per site policies and emergency procedures.
Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and report per procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols across the facility and entrances to deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor flow during events and programs.
Document observations and communicate issues to site leadership.
