Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees at an automotive vehicle services location by carrying out security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of parking areas, lanes, buildings and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/vehicle records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, documented manner and report to leadership.
• Observe traffic flow and report hazards, support key control and incident reporting.
