Marksman Security LLC is hiring unarmed security officers for the Montgomery, AL area. This part-time role offers weekend/holiday shifts, first/second/third shifts, and pay of $20.16/hr. Prior security or customer service experience is preferred, with licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.

Officers deter crime, protect property, perform access control, monitor CCTV and patrol assigned areas. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state licensing, is mandatory.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid CPR.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Computer Skills is a plus.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, or patrol areas and perform security checks.
• Check credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and leaving.
• Provide protection for equipment and workers as needed and respond to incidents.
