Job summary

CLG & Associates, LLC is hiring a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed) to monitor and authorize the entry/exit of staff and visitors, and to communicate with onsite teams. The role requires a Maryland Security Guard Card, 12 hours unarmed training, and 3+ years in security and customer service. Background checks and drug testing will be conducted.

Shift coverage is Sun–Sat 7:00–22:00. Strong written communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Maryland Security Guard Card.
• Must have completed 12 hours of initial unarmed security guard training certificate.
• Experience as a security guard preferred.
• Great communication skills.
• Minimum of three (3) years of security experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• All applicants are subject to a background check and drug testing.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation.
• Days & Hours: Sun. through Sat. 7:00am to 10:00pm. (Shift Work)
• Basic writing and basic computer skills (Word and Excel) are required.

Responsibilities

Security Officer (UNARMED) Duties and Responsibilities are:

• Monitor and Authorize Entrance and Departure of Employees, Visitors, and other Persons.
• Write Reports of Daily As Needed.
• Communicate with Onsite Employees & Management.
