• Perform regular patrols of grounds, parking lots, and common areas to ensure property integrity.

• Provide immediate response to incidents, alarms, and guest concerns with professionalism.

• Utilize company technology and app-based software to complete detailed shift reports.

• Maintain a visible and approachable presence to support a safe environment for residents and guests.

• Enforce site-specific security policies and post orders in accordance with company procedures.

Professional Requirements
