Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Services in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves patrolling the logistics/distribution site, maintaining a visible security presence, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will observe and report activity, assist with access control, and respond to incidents according to site procedures. Applicants should have at least two years in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• State/city license for security-related work preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees using security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and entry procedures; maintain activity logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations with calm, problem-solving.
• Observe traffic and support orderly movement of people and deliveries per procedures.
