Job summary

Doyle Security Services Inc. is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to protect client sites in New York. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents to safeguard people and property on shifts that fit the schedule (Saturday through Wednesday, 11pm–7am).

The role requires a valid NYS Security Guard License, reliable transportation, and a strong commitment to customer service and safety. Training and equipment are provided to support your duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Saturday - Wednesday 11pm to 7am

Pay Range

Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.
