Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to site leadership.
