Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency-response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity per site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and communicate information to site leadership or emergency responders as needed.
