Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity per site requirements.
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and communicate information to site leadership or emergency responders.
