Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries per site procedures.
• Maintain an orderly environment by observing operations and assisting with procedures.
