Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify issues and document them.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership to maintain a welcoming environment.
