Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report maintenance concerns or violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership to maintain a welcoming environment.
