Qualifications

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply at state/local level.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain records.
• Observe and report unusual activity or hazards to leadership.
