Job Description

Driving Post Must Have a Clean Driving Record

Full Time: Mon-Fri 4:45pm-11:30pm

33.75 hrs a week

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.30

Must have an Unarmed Virginia DCJS License

Must have 6 months of security, law enforcement, or military experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by client site

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles
• Have 6 months of armed security experience
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws
• Pass a drug screen as permitted by law
• Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment
• Pass a polygraph and a fit test

*A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
