• Licensing may be required by state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by following site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access by verifying entry and documenting visitor and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete logs and shift documentation; relay security updates to leadership.
