Enterprise Security Services Corporation is seeking dependable Unarmed Security Officers to serve communities in and around Mount Airy. Officers are assigned to client sites across Mount Airy, Frederick, and Carroll County areas with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Possess or be able to obtain Maryland security guard certification through our licensed agency under Maryland State Police requirements.
• Meet Maryland's minimum age and eligibility standards for security work.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites in the Mount Airy, Frederick, and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Prior experience in security or a related field is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, dependable security presence at assigned locations.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to identify and report concerns promptly.
• Monitor and control access at entrances and key points.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, staff, and visitors.
• De-escalate disputes and respond calmly to disturbances.
• Document daily activity and report incidents accurately.
• Communicate promptly with management and emergency services as needed.
