Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile patrols of designated streets, courts, and common areas.
• Maintain high visibility throughout the community.
• Monitor parking and document violations per guidelines.
• Monitor amenity areas, community perimeter, and garage units.
• Observe and report community rule violations as appropriate.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity and security concerns.
• Coordinate with Prince George’s County law enforcement when necessary.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Perform supervisory check-ins during shifts as required.
• Follow site orders and company policies.
• Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and community representatives.
