Tarian Group seeks a Security Officer in Maryland to perform unarmed patrols, monitor CCTV, manage access, and produce reports. The role requires an armed guard card, Maryland wear-and-carry permit, and a high school diploma, with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required prior to offer.
• Armed Security Guard Card and MD Wear & Carry Permit required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; licenses/certifications must be obtained.
• Ability to pass firearms training and maintain knowledge of firearms policies.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety; deter illegal activity.
• Conduct hourly reports and patrol areas by foot or vehicle.
• Respond promptly to service calls and communicate with supervisor.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and keep management informed.
