Job summary

Fidelity Protective Services Llc seeks an ARMED Security Guard to help create a safe and secure environment for our premises, assets, and employees. You will maintain high visibility through regular patrols and ensure only authorized personnel access the facility, reporting any security incidents promptly.

The ideal candidate has public safety experience, holds a Wear and Carry Permit and Maryland Armed Guard Card, and demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, and professional conduct at all

Qualifications

• Previous ARMED Security Guard experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures.
• Excellent written communication and report writing ability.
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
• Wear and Carry Permit and Maryland Armed Guard Card required.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Monitor surveillance cameras.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents.
