Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Be able to meet licensing requirements in the state where the facility is located.
• Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Security Officer covers various posts including customer counters, entrances, gates, and perimeter areas.
• Screens employees and baggage at pedestrian and vehicle entrances.
• Verifies seals on vehicles at gateway and checks personnel badges for clearance.
• Manages temporary badge process and conducts roving patrols.
• Monitors CCTV and operates related security equipment.
• Identify hazards and respond to emergencies; may perform physically demanding tasks.
