Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver in Richmond, VA. The role offers 30–40 hours per week with a mix of manager-assigned and self-scheduled shifts.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and assist clients and colleagues while maintaining safety and professionalism. A valid driver's license, reliability, and willingness to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be available for last‑minute shift scheduling.
• Must be able to travel the required distance.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
