Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions and report suspicious or unsafe acts to prevent threats to property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with personnel and the public
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Driving Positions: Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean record, and minimum insurance coverage as per company policy
• Successfully complete background check and drug screening
• Work at multiple locations, covering shifts, vacations, and call-offs
• Available to work any time and day
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Work in various environments and weather conditions
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as needed
• Stand or walk for long periods
