Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for Marion, IN. This flex/off-site opportunity requires strong customer service and professional interaction with clients and staff.

Responsibilities include patrolling, hazard observation, and strict adherence to post instructions while maintaining a secure environment across shifts. Prosegur offers benefits and equal opportunity employment, with various shifts including first, second, and third.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.

• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
