Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Secret Clearance Required Patrol in Gilbert, AZ. You will serve and safeguard clients in aerospace/defense settings, conduct patrols, monitor alarms, and maintain a visible, professional presence to deter incidents.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule with day and night shifts. Candidates must have security experience and an active DoD Secret Clearance; CPR/First Aid and a guard card are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, access-control concerns, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
