Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer in Moore, SC, to monitor and safeguard client sites across Tech/Media/Telecom sectors. The role emphasizes customer service, visible patrols, and adherence to site procedures. You will support access control and incident response in a dynamic facility environment.

The position is full-time with an hourly pay rate of $19.00. Applicants must meet basic requirements, including a high school diploma and background check, with benefits and paid

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 18+ years of age for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
