Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Computer Assisted Patrol in Lincoln, NE. You will monitor healthcare facilities, deter incidents, assist with access control, and respond to alarms while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and staff.

Position is full-time with a daytime to evening schedule. Pay starts at $22.36 per hour and includes opportunities for training, growth, and benefits through Allied Universal.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors following site procedures.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Computer Assisted Patrol in LINCOLN, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to alarms and routine requests. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff while contributing to a caring environment. What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with facility personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and adherence to facility entry procedures while maintaining a courteous presence.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver\’s license will be required for driving positions only.
