Qualifications

• Background investigation required by law; drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transportation facility clients, visitors, passengers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergencies.
• Monitor and control access to designated transportation areas by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Document daily activities and observations per reporting procedures.
