Job summary

Allied Universal in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Access Control Surveillance to serve and safeguard clients across logistics and distribution locations. You will conduct driving unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding site protocols.

This full-time position pays $20.50 per hour with day/evening shifts and offers opportunities for training, growth, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas and perimeters.
• Monitor entrances, observe personnel, vehicles, and deliveries per site requirements.
• Document incidents and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
