2. Monitor CCTV camera systems and accurately document activities in a daily report.
3. Observe, survey, and report on activity at your assigned location.
4. Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
5. Maintain a high level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
6. Deescalate situations and remain calm during confrontations.
7. Stand for long periods and demonstrate physical strength.
8. Observe keenly and take detailed notes/report accurately.
9. Respond rapidly in critical situations.
