Job summary

M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in San Jose, CA to deliver friendly, professional service while guarding client premises. You will monitor CCTV, report daily activities, observe surroundings, and respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, US work authorization, drug/background checks, and reliable transportation. Prior security experience is a plus.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement exposure is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
