M1 Global in Sterling, VA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to provide professional security services at our client sites. The role involves monitoring access, delivering customer service, and reporting incidents.

The position is part-time, on-call with weekly pay and benefits, ideal for individuals with a high school diploma and a valid work authorization in the United States. Applicants should be 18+, pass drug and background checks, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
