Job summary

M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to provide professional security services at client sites. The role emphasizes customer service, punctual reporting, and vigilant observation at assigned posts in Cayuga, IN.

The ideal candidate will be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, pass drug and background checks, and be willing to obtain a state security license if needed. Weekly pay and benefits are among the offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance to obtain it available.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
