Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. is seeking a security officer to protect assets, personnel, customers and visitors at assigned sites under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting signs of crime, conducting patrols, monitoring access, and preparing daily reports. You will be required to notify authorities in emergencies and enforce client post orders and company policy. Long hours and extended shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Protect client assets and people within the facility as directed by post orders and client instructions.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports as trained and submit to proper contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify proper authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.

Job description

Job Duties

• 1. Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
• 2. Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• 3. Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.
• 4. Complete patrols as required by post orders
• 5. Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• 6. Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
• 7. Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
