Job Skills / Requirements

Unarmed Security Officer: Responsible for manning and operating the main gate, maintaining 100% accountability of access control, monitoring surveillance cameras, patrolling property, inspecting building security, maintaining logs, assisting with testing and emergency procedures, responding to and investigating security breaches, incidents, and alarms, reporting incidents of security and policy violations, assisting HR with personnel actions, acting as facility telephone operator, and other assigned duties.

Unarmed Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Texas Unarmed Security License
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to endure extreme heat and cold
• Ability to walk up to 4 miles during an 8-hour shift
• At least 2 years of prior security experience

Certification Requirements

Valid State ID, TX PSB Level 2 License
