Job summary

Security Solution of America is seeking an unarmed security officer in Chattanooga, TN. You will patrol, verify access, monitor entry/exit points, and respond to alarms to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Verify credentials and monitor access points.
• Conduct routine security inspections and report safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and professionally.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Enforce company policies while remaining professional.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or in a company vehicle
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points
• Conduct routine security inspections and report safety concerns
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner
• Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High-School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement is a plus but not required
• Tennessee Security Guard License is needed, but can be obtained ( $192.15 to obtain)
