Job summary

Security Solution of America is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Chattanooga, TN. You will patrol, verify credentials, monitor access points, and respond to alarms while delivering excellent service to staff and visitors.

Position may be full-time or part-time with benefits, weekly pay, and paid training. TN Unarmed Guard License is required or can be obtained; background checks and a clean driving record are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High-School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tennessee Security Guard License is required or can be obtained ($192.15).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or in a company vehicle.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Conduct routine security inspections and report safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner.
• Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism.
