Job summary

Steadfast Security is hiring security personnel to monitor multiple locations in Anaheim, Orange, Yorba Linda, and Santa Ana. The role involves patrolling, managing access, and ensuring safety across shifts, including full-time, part-time, and on-call slots.

The ideal candidate holds a valid BSIS Guard Card and related certificates, is fluent in English, and can operate a smartphone. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Monitor the comings and goings of the participants of the center.
• Perform property patrol.
• Open gate/Close/Monitor gate for authorized personnel.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must know how to use a smartphone.
• Must read/write English.
• Positive Attitude.
• Approachable and friendly.
• Someone both compassionate and strong enough to set boundaries.

• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be available for Overtime hours.
