Job summary

Steadfast Security, Inc. is hiring for multiple shifts in Anaheim, Orange, Yorba Linda, and Santa Ana. We seek professional security officers to monitor premises and enforce rules. Full time, part time, and on-call positions are available.

Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to incidents, controlling access, and coordinating with emergency services when needed. Candidates must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card with required certificates and be reliable, punctual, and customer-friendly.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card and required certificates.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Read/write English and capable of using a smartphone.

• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Monitor the comings and goings of the participants of the center.
• Perform property patrol.
• Open gate/Close/Monitor gate for authorized personnel.
